| Description: |
This is a new vacancy for a qualified social worker to join an Early Intervention Team. You will be required to work alongside other health agencies and so good communication skills are essential. Ideally you would be forward thinking and creative when developing and review new self centred care plans and packages. You will be required to fill out initial ad core assessments and provide reports. Applicants would be expected to join a small but extremely effective multi disciplinary team providing an intervention service to people aged between 14 and 35 and are experiencing the first signs of mental health difficulties and appreciate the challenge of trying to help them fulfil an ordinary life. Appropriate qualifications and experience will be required. This is a 6 month contract with a pay rate set at £23.00 per hour.
