A fully qualified Social Worker is required to join an Older Person’s Team in Kingston.

The Older Person’s Team are seeking to appoint a qualified social worker to deliver a high quality assessment and care management service.

This is an exciting and challenging time to work in Older People’s Services as they begin to understand the impact of the new developments.

They are currently hoping to appoint social workers to Initial Assessment Older Person’s Team. The single assessment process is well established in the borough and they have recently appointed a direct payments project worker. The team has close links with intermediate care service and there is a focus on promoting independence.

This is a 24 week contract post with a pay rate set at £22.00 per hour.
