Our client is looking for a Qualified Senior Practitioner to join their Older People Team.

As an experience manager, with at least a 2 year proven track record working with older people, we would expect that you would be competent in the following:

• Management of large staff groups
• Management of change
• Implementation, monitoring and evaluation of quality assurance systems
• Communication and development of sound professional values
• Awareness of financial frameworks and control mechanisms

You must also have:

• The highest standards of care delivery as your prime motivator
• The ability to see the bigger picture
• A flexible attitude
• A willingness to work across boundaries

You will have to hold a recognised professional social work qualification, registration with the General Social Care Council and the ability to apply for a CRB disclosure.

This is a 5 month contract position which is available to start straight away. The pay rate has been set at £25.00 per hour not including the various expenses.
